[s-cars] Toluene

I tried adding a gallon of Toluene to two consecutive tankfuls on the
UrS. I did not get good results, in fact I'd say I got crappy results. I
wouldn't get maximum boost (24 - 26 psig), but rather at high revs at
anything over ~22 psig of boost the motor stuttered, etc and was not
smooth.

So, your Toluene results may vary, mine did. I'm strictly a race gas
blender at this point.
