Toluene will freeze solid at low temperatures.  (I forget the exact
freezing temperature off-hand, however.  IIRC, it's not far from the
freezing point of water.)   That is for _pure_  toluene.  Toluene dissolved
in gasoline should stay dissolved quite nicely until you are parked
overnight in southernmost Antarctica.  :-)

I haven't done the experiment but toluene/gasoline/ethanol mixtures should
be no worse than just gasoline/ethanol mixtures.  Your calculations should
remain about the same.
