[s-cars] Squeaky car

Hey guys,
Well, I did brakes/rotors at Paul's on Friday and let
me just say this:
The Pagid Orange pads on the 993TT rotors grab like a
horny prom date on extacy
(Methylyndioxymethamphetamine, for the more technical
of us).  Let's just say I don't really worry any more
when I go into corners late.  They just haul the car
down from speed like a bandit.  They are NOISY and
probably are going to get messy, but they grip, so
screw it.  It did sort out the vibration I was getting
on braking, so I'm happy about that, BUT! (there's
always a but) I noticed that when I bring the wheel
back from a left hand turn, I hear a squeak.  Also,
soemtimes, I get some PS pump moan through the wheel.
For those of you that care, this is my 4th PS pump
this year, along with a new bomb and j-hose.  This
issue is only on left turns so I'm thinking CV joint?
Anyone btdt?  I'm dreading the pump explosion again,
so someone point me in the right direction here.  It
sounds like it's coming from the rack area on the
driver's side and it only happens on left turns.  I
should probably check for a cracked steering bracket
while I'm in there, huh?
Anyway, car stops on a frickin dime now, Mintex Reds
are too soft for me, YMMV, ya know, all that good
stuff.  I'm also getting a squeak from the rear when I
go over a speed bump, any hints here?

Joe, just got done driving my car around bear mountain
all day yesterday and now I'm gonna have to fix what I
broke (again), Pizzo

PS-Taka, where'd you disappear off to?  I was in the
last run group, we kinda lost you guys.  It was a good
drive, though.  Fear Peekskill Hollow Road.  Hope you
made it out okay.  ;-)
