Try spending some time on the Autobahns around this region (Rheinland) and you'll have even more reason to be unhappy with the Dutch population!  Nothing more fun than having to slow from 220kph to 80kph becase a Dutch tourist heading for France towing a 4000lb travel-trailer with his Focus passes a tractor-trailer doing .005kph less than him...

One can always identifiy the worst drivers on the autobahn by looking for the yellow license plates.. :-)
