[s-cars] Really bad caster

Vincent,

In my car, one of the brackets for the anti-sway bar was bent from a curb-accident courtesy of a friend who borrowed my car. This caused some caster problems, as I think the sway bar helps located the fore-aft position of the wheel. You might want to check the sway bar mounts on the frame, as well as the sway bar connections to the wheel hub or control arm or wherever... Perhaps the whole thing is tweaked backwards, though you do seem to have a good amount more error on the right than left.

I had the alignment checked for the first time on my S6 and had a really
bad surprise:
Caster Left 4.3
Caster Right 5.7
Camber was good at -0.60 and -0.50 and Toe was set back to a perfect
0.14 and 0.15 (original was 0.47 and 0.15)
The caster numbers are so big I even wonder if the guy knows how to
measure it but it does such a great job on the toe I think it may be the
car.

What could have screw up the caster so much? I gently pushed a Mercedes
a few months ago but nothing hard enough to make such a difference in
the alignment. Can it be a displaced sub-frame?
