i just replaced the valve cover gasket, which i bought from blau or
rod.  i recall it came in a beck-arnley worldparts package, so you
could probably get it at NAPA, too.  no "kit" - it was just the gasket.

replace the sparkplugs, maybe?  i'd also take the time to put fresh
dielectric grease on their terminals.

it's so easy to get in there that i don't think there's much call for
"while i'm at it" extras.

a guy with ten thumbs could do the job in an hour.  just remember how
things come apart, and it will be obvious how they go back together.

just to be clear - you're not doing this job to fix a coolant leak, right?
