[s-cars] 6-speed questions

Gents-

Quick 6-speed questions for you all:

Subject gearbox is 1999 S4 DSY.  Are these are direct bolt in units?  Or do
they require new rear housings, etc.?  Also, the ratios are generally
*slightly* higher than the CRB (meaning lower revs in each gear), do you
think this is a mismatch to either my car with a MTM 1+ set up or my friends
with RS2 set up?

Any input greatly appreciated, sooner the better.  Tx.
