[s-cars] BOOST BACKOFF

Brian,

  This is just a wild assed guess but it seems to me that a sticking bypass valve could be cause something like this. When my Forge got all gummed up it acted like this. Would have no ost and then the boost would come on with a snap when it un-stuck.
