If it runs fine, builds boost fine all the way to redline, but will not
start easily once turned off, that's most likely an accurate error code. It
can be intermittent if the wire is pinched.

You can get the cam position sensor cheaper at online parts places.....ask
on the list, I am not sure of the sources, but certainly it should be less
than $395.
