What type of damage are we talking about?

Approx. 30K ago I realized the my antifreeze was brown. The wagon (97 A6qw)
was still under warranty, so I brought it in. Because I have used two
different dealership for my service, one close to work and the other close
to home, it become a "blame the other guy we will not cover it" B---S---.
In the end one of the dealerships flushed the system for half cost.
