Antifreeze is an effective animal eliminator. Is the dog still alive? My
friend had to put out a small bowl for a SKUNK that moved into his garage.
He was digging a hole in his yard the next day.

Use caution, antifreeze tastes sweet to animals and they are drawn to it. If
you spill a decent amount, hose the area off with plenty of water. Diluting
the stuff helps, unless you don't like the neighbor or the dog.
