[s-cars] Slick advice (as in tires)

Having had two sets of Victoracers, and one of the Ecstas, I can say that I
hated the Ecstas, as they were looser feeling, did not last nearly as long,
and did not feel as responsive as the Victoracers. The wear parts was the
worst..I got 2/3rds of life at best.
