Scott -
Sounds as if your turbo is overspinning. The ECU will shut things down
to save your turbos life -- feels like someone threw out an anchor. You
should check and see if the ECU has thrown any codes (see Scott's site
at http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/ -- it's very easy). I had this problem
and got the dreaded 2224 (over boost condition) code. Took everything
apart looking for leaks, buttoned it all back up and have never had the
problem again. Hmmmm.
