relax, paul, we're not at war.  those were merely observations on my
part.  the first one was to explain why i was continuing to belabor
the point even though you had already said you were satisfied with the
rubber lines.  the second one was to point out that your replies had
a challenging tone.  it's fine to ask scott j. to explain his
reasons, as you shouldn't be blindly accepting things without question,
but your tone seemed to be more pointed than that.  scott doesn't
get paid for talking about technical stuff on this list, and neither
do i.

glad you're planning to go with braided steel lines down the road.

siphons also flow uphill.

i'm not saying that's what's happening here, but scott j. has shared
his experience so i think it's worth considering.
