One summer I drove from Sweden to Bretagne. All the way through Denmark,
Germany, Holland, Belgium and France the drivers got wilder. I would be
terrified to drive any further south than that :o)

You need to drive in Amsterdam and then run off to Paris ... that will prove
that the Dutch are not the worst in Europe.

The fast lane is for overtaking ... it appears that is exactly what they are
doing.
