[s-cars] Boost Controller...Closed or Open Loop?`

I will probably figure this out in the next few days but I just wanted to
see if anybody knew beforehand so I can know what kind of behavior to expect
when I do the mods. I am planning on.  Is the boost controller an open loop
system....i.e. has an N-dimensional lookup table based on N sensors and
produces a duty cycle to the WGFV based upon the numbers in the table, kind
of like the WOT fuel & spark curves.

OR does the computer have the table and then adjust the duty cycle depending
upon the feedback from the pressure sensor, kind of like an 02 sensor at
partial throttle cruising down the highway.

Let the speculation begin....anybody with hard facts or empirical results
that would be great!
