[s-cars] louder exhaust

I've got a Remus muffler in with stock middle resonator on my S6.  Sounds a
little louder and deeper, but not as throaty as the Stromung's on other cars
in my area, but I don't have the RS2 bits like they do either :(

I don't really think it gives any more power, with the Cat and middle
resonator still in place.  It came on the car when I bought it, and from
what I hear the Remus is not too cheap.  This might be it here, under
exhaust, for $485.
