[s-cars] Overpressure in the cooling system

Vincent,
When you found a leak at the hose/tank connection you replaced the cap? Did
you think to check the nipple on the tank that the hose slides over when you
replaced the clamp? It is most likely broken. Many of the S6's I have worked
on had a broken nipple.
