[s-cars] Overpressure in the cooling system

In this instance, test for exhaust gas (CO2?)in the coolant (through coolant
tank fill). However I wouldn't think this is the case, as he is not reaching
operating temp, whaddya think?? See any white smoke in exhaust, or see any
oil floating on top of coolant in resivoir?
