Well Dave, you could always start bragging on the quality of Vancouver sump
pumps, or their ilk (whatever you use to move all that rain around after it
collects in Vancouver's low spots & basements.)

Be forewarned though.  The West by damn Virginians have been pumping water
out of low spots, their mines; storing in in high spots; and periodically
sluicing away whole towns and neighborhoods, for many years now.  They are
experts on high powered pumping  :-) and, I am almost sure, possessed of
some very fast suckers if you are going to get in a bench racing contest
with them.
