I believe you want the hardened (i.e. more costly) half on the side that
will experience the most compressive force ~ which, if I've pictured
this correctly, at 23+ psi of boost, should / will be the TOP half of
the connecting rod circle, i.e. the Upper bearing.
Can't help you with the "MA" vs. "FA" part numbers, but hopefully you
have an invoice or the prices for the two packages available. As I
recall, the hardened shells were definitely more pricy than the
"regular" bearings.
Hopefully someone else will / can chime in to confirm this.

But I cant find out which of the halfs are gonna be on the top and which
one to put on the bottom??
On 5 of them it says MA
On the other ones it says FA
Need help ASAP=)
