[s-cars] Sticky rear e-brake.

I've found that replacing the pads in the rear can actually serve as a
temporary remedy to this problem (should work 10k+ miles). However,
"loaded, rebuilt calipers" aren't extremely expensive, and if you can find
a good price, it's likely the better option.
