In a word - yes. The only real question will be is getting proper
drivers. SCSI drivers are not always on the CD. USB 2.0 drivers
weren't either, though are available via Windows Update.
If your SCSI card is supported, you should be in good shape.
My previous SCSI card was not, so I had to get a new one so I
could run my Nikon slide scanner.
