I recently posted a fix to a similar issue on my car. Check the bolt and nut
that hold the Rack and Pinion Steering in place on the passenger side next to
the steering dampener, it may appear to be O.K. so grab it and shack it up
and down to see if it moves. Check for cracks around the steering dampener
also. If that is not it then it probably is a loose strut insert (tighten) or
a worn out shock.
