[s-cars] New UrS6 questions

Bob and Chris:  Apologies.  I guess my "sample size" of S6's is too
small in Vancouver.  The only ones I have seen here have the 3 spoke
steering wheel and the chrome rings around the instruments.  I did not
know that they came without these "features" in the early build date
S6's.  I just checked the 95 S6 brouchure that I have and a) it does not
show the S6 steering wheel and b) where it does show gauges, there are
no chrome rings.  It does show the five spoke wheels.  "Learn something
new every day!!" (aka "At last resort, read the instructions".
