[s-cars] Is there anything to this widget, or is it an Internet fraud?

Looks like it might live somewhere between GTech and DynoJet. Seems to be
computing based on RPM, road speed, and a bunch of data one must input, like
vehicle weight, atmospheric conditions, etc. Sort of halfway between an
accelerometer and measuring at the wheels.

The nice bit, like the GTech, is that it's always with you, so you can do
comparative stuff all day long. Kinda cool that they've done comparisons
with DynoJet to validate it's (in)accuracy, and are willing to post results,
so you know what you're getting.

Looks like it would work best with the display mounted to the hood, like the
tachs on those 1963 Dodge Valiants with the 440 Hemi swapped in, dontchaknow
<g>.

Strap it on, put the display out of sight in the trunk or glovebox, and pump
its data to your PC, and you've got a cool toy.
