Subject:	Engine Compression Test (Warm or Hot?)

Does a compression test need to be done while the engine is warm? Or can =
it be done while cold?

I did one while the engine was cold and got a fairly consistant 11 or 11.=
5 bar on all 5 cylinders. Specifications are between 9 Bar and 13 Bar and t=
he wear limit is supposed to be 7 Bar, while max difference between cylinde=
rs is 3 Bar.

Just wondering if I need to re-run the test to ensure I got valid data?

		Cheers, /James
