Technically speaking, if it doesn't have the CRB's 211B center section, it's not REALLY a original CRB, is it? ;-)

Seriously though,
If my memory serves me, this transmission also got a 3.75:1 "wide/hard" first gear/mainshaft installed in place of the stock 3.50:1 by Herr Kluge. You may want to drop Rob an email to make sure you know everything about this trans before bidding.

I'll also vouch for Rob's credibility, I would trust him for such a transaction 110%.

Cheers,
Keith

For those who are wondering, the CRB on eBay is Rob Braunschweig's.
He's the same guy who has supplied most of the six speeds for folks on
this list. The rear housing (for use in an ur S4/S6) had been installed
by Mr. Kluge, the former head of quattro developement at Audi, so you
can rest assured that this is a quality transmission where you will get
what you pay for. I can personally recommend dealing with Rob as well.

FWIW, this CRB does NOT have the PROCON 10 cable provisions in the
center section, so it would not be the best choice for S4's, but it
would be perfect for an ur S6.
