Tom:

Sorry to hear about the vandalism. Any suspects?

So you are admitting to having one car up on "jack stands" (are they cinder
blocks or old tires?), and another inoperable because you needed the battery
to run the still. I've got a theory:

Isn't true that a bunch of Yankee-ass yuppies have recently infiltrated the
North Georgia?
Isn't true that same yuppies recently tried to pass legislation relating to
confiscating "junk cars" in your county, since they considered these an
eyesore to their fancy yuppie communities?

Tom, it's obviously one of those yuppie-ass Yankees! Me? I was with Pizzo at
the time.

Subject: [s-cars] Robbery....LeMans Classic video lost forever!!

Last Monday I came home from work to find my home vandalized and robbed and
I regret to report that my sony camcorder containing my LeMans Classic video
was taken. I hate this.....I hadn't had a chance to finish creating a few
more .avi from the trip. There was a unbelievable parade lap of rare and
exotic cars unlike any other I have ever seen. I have some on another tape
so maybe I can use that, but still I hate that it happened.

Another blessing came from the local Audi dealership. I had called them
requesting new dust boots for the ball joints on my control arms on my S4.
They forgot to order them and therefor my S4 sat for one more weekend up on
jack stands with the front suspension removed (I'm replacing all the
bushings BTW). Well, it didn't dawn on me until about a week later that the
thieves could have stolen my car if it hadn't been disabled. I started
looking for the keys....found them. But I could find the key to my Mercedes
E-class that I never drive. Well, I found them in the Merc ignition switch
still turned to the on position!! Good thing I took the battery out!!
nanny nanny boo boo thief-boy!! I'm just very glad that the S4 wasn't
drivable or it would have definitely been on the list of items stolen.
Thanks sorry parts guys!! :-)

I hope everyone got a laugh from seeing my eyelids flapping in the wind down
the Mulsanne Straight, cause there more than likely won't be any
more......darnit!
