[s-cars] Understeer vs. oversteer?

Joe,
Stiffening up the rear end, by using stiffer springs, rear sway bar, will
make the car turn in, or make it want to oversteer. Just play a little Gran
Tourismo 2 and mess with the suspension settings, it even works in the game!
