[s-cars] Understeer vs. oversteer?

I have a 93 Canadian car with the rear anti-roll and -2.5 degrees of camber
in the front, and I am STILL considering the Happersized rear sway bar.
In other words, she understeers like crazy no matter what, but my car is
closer to neutral than before with the camber set the way it is.
One benefit of the bigger bar would be that I could lose a little camber up
front, giving me better tire wear on the insides of the fronts.
