[s-cars] Servotronic - disable instructions

Hi all,

I recently purchased a 95 UrS6 and wanted to know your
opinions on the change in driving dynamics with the
Servotronic enabled vs. disabled. I understand that it
is a variable assist system, but notwithstanding the
need to replace the front bushings on my car, it does
seem to be very loose at low speeds? How heavy is the
steering (at low speeds) when it is disabled? Should I
expect a workout.

Also, I would appreciate it if someone could confirm
that all that needs to be done to disable the system
is to unplug a connection underneath the steering
column (if the car wasn't with my mechanic I'd be able
to check it right now).

Lastly, did any of your used urS6 buyers have problems
with emissions certification? My car has a Stebro
exhaust (without cats) and has failed the test.
