[s-cars] Windshield washer leak?

Mine developed a leak last winter.  It also leaks from the T-fitting (really
looks more like a lower case "h" fitting) in the area of the pressed in
steel ball (freeze plug I presume).  Look for blue stains in that area.
Bought a replacement part but haven't gotten around to replacing it yet as
it stopped leaking when the weather warmed up.  Got to get to it soon.
