I think if one were keeping the car stock, I would definitely lean towards a S4, especially a 92 like yours.

I've never driven a stock 200q20v, mine had 17's and the H&R/Koni (nice and stiff!) suspension on it when I bought it.  I know this makes a huge difference over the stock suspension and 15" wheels.  Then not too much later I added the stage I ECU upgrade. (and a good 1 month before it got totalled, the euro-lights)
