[s-cars] Good Boost Gauge

Elegant, but too expensive - I installed Neil's vacuum boost monitor (VBM)
in my instrument cluster for basically the same effect (linear 10 LED array)
plus mine indicates vacuum and boost, is programmable via dip swithces, and
has peak hold.  All this for $78 installed.
