[s-cars] Good Boost Gauge

I think the backlight is sufficient and the view is
fine in B5's.  But neither of us should vote on it
until we see it in action, eh?

It is a tad overpriced and for the money, a vent boost
gauge is more my style.  Omori's don't come cheap,
either.

Oh, well, I got my VDO...for now.
