[s-cars] weird vibration on 94 S4?!?!

Check out tie rods and control arms.  It could also be
a shifted belt on a tire.  Had this problem last
winter.  Could also be alignment...make some IgorSport
camber plates and find out.  Could just be a tie rod
end, though.
