[s-cars] Lug Nut Torque Spec on UrS4?

I think it calls for 90, but I think it's more critical to retorque after
driving the car a bit.
As far as I'm concerned, they can't be too tight.

I had a wheel come off an old Chevy once, and while in a friends van...
NOT FUN.
