[s-cars] Sway bars

I haven't seen the 92s, but I suspect on a 90q one would need to add a
massive front bar for good balance.  Note that stiffer sway bars reduce
roll, but reduce traction in bumpy corners, as a bump on one wheel is
passed to the other.  Given where I drive (NH), going overboard on sway
bars would likely be self-defeating.
