 Take that with a grain of salt, I obviously don't prescribe to the use of a
 4' pipe on the end of a breaker bar, but I really don't think the
difference
 between 80-100 lbs will make a big deal on decent rim's / rotors..
 Steel rim holes can also be a problem with over tightening, the taper get's
 bigger as they get progressively more overtightened thru time.
