Ha, ha...Lee, I just replaced my drivers side seat belt today, and I was at
first stumped with why the seal belt wouldn't come out. The spool that the
belt goes into HAS to be pointing UP for the belt to come out!!!  I realized
this after I took the old one out, and all of a sudden the belt wouldn't
come out any more.  Felt a little ahhhh, dumb, until I realized that
positioning is the key.
