[s-cars] Timing Belts

Wondering if anybody in the Seattle area (or failing that, within a larger
geography) might have the "proper" Audi tools for doing a t-belt (ie
removing the crank pulley, retorqueing, tensioner pulley, etc) that would be
willing to put it out on loan for a couple of days? A buddy of mine is in
the process of changing a head gasket, and decided it might be wise to do
the timing belt as well; I told him I'd see what I could find for him.
Hoping for the Seattle area first for some quicker turnaround time.

.=2E.or does anybody have a suggestion for accomplishing the task without t=
he
Audi tool? One that will not wind up damaging the car or pushing the bounds
of sensibility too far? Suggested putting it in gear and e-braking like his
life depended on it... but the center drive shaft is not currently installed
and it's a 4k.
