[s-cars] Strut Cartridge Removal Tool

You can get Audi tools at www.zelenda.com.  The latest price sheet I have,
dated 2001, shows the 2069A at $45.80.  Sometimes they have used tools
available so ask for that.  They're usually half price.  Other folks have
stated that they've been able to reach between the coils (suspension fully
extended, of course) with a small pipe wrench and loosened it that way.
