[s-cars] Replacement Suspension Bushing List?....Problem

I am going to replace my struts/ springs and was
thinking that I may as well have the bushings replaced
at the same time. Can anyone tell me which bushings I
should be concerned about? Should I try to replace
every rubber bushing? Do some last longer than others?
Are there any other parts that should be replaced as
well. I have 91K on the car and plan on driving it for
a very long time. I also get a thump in the drivers
floor panel/ right wheel well. This usually happens
during the first few seconds of a drive, in the
morning or after the car has been sitting for awhile-
while making a turn or backing out of the driveway.
Could it be a bushing/drive-train slack/air in
steering system/ ghost?
