As to an 01E, it would fit IF you change the flywheel, clutch ass.,
slave cylinder, driveshaft, half shafts?, mounts and linkage.  The
PRO-CON 10 cables may also need modification.  Obviously, this would not
be an insignificant task, but if you can find an S4 wreck to get the
parts from you might be able to do it without having to sell the house.

Funny how this cycle works-

I got my car, thinking I'd just chip it and be happy and now
I'm looking long-term at a direct ignition retrofit, RS2 goodies,
track wheels and tires, more wheels, possible V8 front clip down
the road, etc.

Anyone know if a CRB or other O1E based 6-speed can bolt up to
a 200 which uses a 016 gearbox? Maybe a S8 gearbox? :-)
