[s-cars] Family Album USA 5.42 under WinXP

I'm going to update that last, I'm running the US 5.3 update 458 version.

Just tried to load the newer version 5.6 and it FUBARs. Saved the upc_root
directory, reinstalled the 5.3, copied lexhl5.dll, renamed epc_root to
epc_back and used newer data files from 5.6 and it runs fine. No print
though. What version of the FA are you running, and if needed, I can get you
a copy of the above 5.3-458 edition. Covers everything NorthAmerican to 2001
model year.
