[s-cars] Smoking is hazardous to my sanity

I wish (hope) that its the Turbo. Perfect excuse for the RS2. What was the
size/consistency of the smoke plume on your friends P car? My smoke lingers
around for a while (another reason I don't think its coolant), but it's
definitely not blue/blueish. It is whitish/grayish and smells like the
exhaust from a healthy car on a cold winter day, if you know what I mean?.

Ed,
I saw this kind of start up smoke from a friends 930. He was told it was
the turbo bearings(?) going. He replaced the turbo and the start-up smoke
was gone. In his case it was like a puff of smoke, it didn't continue more
than 10 seconds.
