[s-cars] RS2 parts availability

I checked on the 3 kPa (3bar) MAP sensor at Audi and Bosch. Audi - as you
assumed - doesn't have them. Bosch (Sweden) tell me they are NLA and there
are no replacements. In other words same story on this side as in the
states.

RS2 Injectors Bosch nr. 0 280 150 984 (Audi nr. 034 906 031F) are available.
Audi quoted me 1200 SEK + tax = $160 per injector - Yikes!! But Bosch tells
me I can get them at a second source parts place for 802 SEK + tax = $110
per - still Yikes!! I haven't confirmed this because if they are available
here, they should be available in the states as well.
