[s-cars] Electrical draw/weirdness after shutdown

Graydon, yes we are talking about the same part. Sorry I couldn't remember
the exact number of connections for vacuum and current but it is the module
wrapped tightly in foam sitting next to the battery. I searched briefly for
my receipt and the part# but of course, couldn't find it. More importantly,
I'll try and find that old QQ issue outlining this faulty module. I would
take this bet to Vegas that the "CVM" is your problem.
