[s-cars] Tire size fitment

Hi Y'all,

Are there any BTDTs concerning fitting optional tire sizes on the stock 16
inch wheels.  The OEM size is 225/50-16.  Will 245/45-16 tires fit OK
without changing wheels?  Any potential problems to be expected from going
with a somewhat wider lower profile tire on stock wheels?
